At PB Fit Camp, we want to change your approach to exercise.

Our cross-training programme incorporates as much variety as possible to give you an all-body workout, with an emphasis on movement. Rather than working on static machines that focus on one area of the body at a time, we are keen to get members up and moving as much as possible, preferably outdoors.

Outdoor fitness is ideal for invigorating the body, exercising every muscle, and boosting your mood. We try to make exercising outdoors the basis of your workout, which is also ideal for those who want to see results or are training for an upcoming event such as an obstacle race.

It is important to set goals that are realistic and achievable. They often include:

Our Method

We are here to help you achieve your fitness goals and more, by offering a high intensity exercise programme that will promote functional strength (including core), endurance, balance, power and mobility. When you join PB Fit Camp, we want you to:

  • Challenge Yourself – our intensive exercise plan is designed to challenge our members and encourage them to overcome obstacles, physically and personally
  • Use every single muscle – due to the type of exercise you will participate in, we want members to have an all-body work out, every time
  • Change your approach to exercise – no two sessions are the same at PB Fit Camp, and the variety of sporting disciplines will ensure your workout is never the same

We want to understand your fitness goals, taking into account any injuries or conditions, before adapting a fitness plan that will suit you and your lifestyle. Whether it is a niggling back issue, or pain in your hips or knees, we can choose the right type of exercise for you.
